Last updated: July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect the personal data you provide through this website, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection (LOPDGDD).
1. Data controller
Controller: Carlos Erazo

2. Data we collect
We only collect the data you voluntarily provide through the enquiry form or by email: name, email address, company (optional), phone (optional) and the information about your project that you choose to share.
We do not collect special categories of personal data.
3. Purposes of processing
Your data is used to: (a) reply to your enquiry and prepare a tailored proposal; (b) manage the contractual relationship if you hire our services; (c) comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling with your data.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent when submitting the form (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), the performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) and compliance with applicable legal obligations (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).
5. Data retention
We keep your data for as long as necessary to handle your request and, where applicable, throughout the contractual relationship. Afterwards, data will be kept blocked for the legal limitation periods (as a rule, up to 6 years under Spanish tax and commercial law).
6. Recipients and processors
Your data is not shared with third parties except when required by law. We use service providers acting as data processors (for example, email, web hosting and form-delivery services such as FormSubmit). All of them comply with the guarantees required by the GDPR.
In some cases these providers may be located outside the European Economic Area, always subject to appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions of the European Commission).
7. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability at any time, as well as withdraw your consent, by writing to the email address above.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if you consider that the processing does not comply with applicable regulations.
8. Cookies
This website only uses strictly necessary technical cookies (for example, to remember your language or theme preference). No analytics, advertising or third-party cookies requiring prior consent are used.
9. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure.
10. Changes
We reserve the right to update this policy to reflect legal changes or updates to our services. The version in force will always be the one published on this website.
